Who we are

This website is run by Jonesboro Master Tree Service. You can reach us through the contact page or at support@jonesborotree.com.

What we collect

When you send the contact form we collect your name, phone number, email address and anything you write in the message, such as what the tree is doing and your town. When you call, the call is logged with your number, the time and its length.

How we use it

We use your details only to answer your request: to call you back, set a time to look at the tree and write a quote. We may pass your request to the local tree crew that does the work. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep request records for up to two years for quotes and service history, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your details sooner by emailing support@jonesborotree.com.
